OCTOBER GET TOGETHER & STREAMING TEACHING WITH RAMTHA

A WEEKEND OF WONDER AND STREAMING TEACHING

Build it and they will come (click here) - well we have found a new venue for our Get Togethers and they (the students) are coming.. This new venue allows students to be able to watch Internet Live Streams in a great collective atmosphere with other students, practice their C&E®, Fieldwork®, Candle Focus, Archery, Cards etc as a student group consciousness.

This venue allows Students to arrive by National Express coach (8 mins away), main line trains (5 mins away) or by car and to round it off your UK coordinator lives in the same village which means you have a place to stay for the night for continued practice on the next day.

This was a first for us here in the UK, we combined a Get Together with a Streaming Teaching from Ramtha. After watching the 7 hour live stream from Ramtha the week before, we realised that we had an opportunity to Get Together as a group of students and power change in our lives and power change in the environment of our MIND (what is MIND?). As students of the great work we are trained to become our own Alchemist Fire and not leave it to the environment of our mind to create the fire to push us into the refining of our experience and change. Well here came and opportunity and we had a week to get organised!!

The venue was available for hire, so we booked it, the hall had no internet connection so we found a neighbour who let us plug in to their router with a 60 mtr cable, an email went out to the students and the stage was set.

At this venue the cost of £15 per person for the day was charged and this covered the hall, refreshments, cables for the computer, projector hire and any other bits and pieces required to run the day's activities..

Saturday

Students just started arriving at about 10.30am and everyone wanted to start with Candle focus, then we kicked off with a C & E® session (What is C & E® ?) lead by Ramtha. Well at this point the Village of Coates realised what they had just let themselves in for!! The village is used to seeing a solitary student doing his or her Neighbourhood walk® (What is a Neighbourhood walk® ?) along the country lanes and every now and then a few friends join in but now there were lots of us!!

Then the students went out for Neighbourhood Walk® in car park (our Field) outside the village hall. The villagers would be walking their dogs, doing their recycling and just stop and watch the students with open eyes and enquiring minds, many questions were answered..

Practice was well underway, students would decide what they wanted to focus upon and get on with it. Some students were doing Archery, thanks to the local farmer, some were in the Field doing Fieldwork® (what is Fieldwork®?), one decided to do dartchery and a couple sat to practice their card focus..

 

 

The Fieldwork® was in the car park of the village hall, it was a crisp, clear, sunny Autumn day with magic drifting through the air as students were building the architecture of the reality they want to experience.

Live Stream

After a great dinner at the local pub called The Tunnel...!! (Environment of our MIND, first in Avebury it was The Red Lion and now THE TUNNEL!!) It was time to make sure everything was set for the Streaming Teaching with Ramtha. Everyone had pre-registered for the streaming before they came to the Get Together and checked in for the stream with their receipts from the ramtha.tv site, this worked very well.

The Internet was working through our 60 Mtr cable and everyone made themselves ready in this wonderful classroom type atmosphere for teaching from their Master Teacher.

It was simply wonderful to be able to share with partners, have discussion as a group of students volunteering to learn together.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We all wrote a card to thank the neighbour who gave us connection to the Internet and after a small collection was made we gave them £50 as a thank you, it was just so easy to organise with flexible Minds..

At the end of the Streaming Teaching we discussed and shared with our partners, as a group and made sure that any gaps in our notes were talked about etc.

Students decided that they wanted to do more, but it was now 10.30pm and then the magical question came "is the hall available for tomorrow?", the hall was available and every one decided that they wanted to hire the hall themselves to continue the practice as a group on the Sunday. SO BE IT!!

Everyone stayed at the coordinators house for the night and then the practice continued on Sunday after a great breakfast of sausages, home grown eggs and a early morning Candle focus session....

On Monday the hall was paid for and the Village Committee has invited us to use the hall and the grounds as much as we want to, the questions keep coming and there is going to be a Creating Personal Reality weekend open to the public in the village soon for sure..

The hall was cleaner when we left on the Sunday than when we arrived on the Saturday, this group were on it, pro-activly making change in their life rather than being re-active, what a pleasure to be part of something so great and to help build it so they could come... X
